After enjoying my first career in visual communications, I took advantage of a corporate layoff and followed my passion for health and wellness. I chose massage therapy because it was the perfect arena for my belief in holistic modalities and my desire to share kindness. I'm a believer in the butterfly effect - that small things matter and that we are all connected. If I can make one person at a time feel better I know I am making a difference for all.

I am licensed in Massage Therapy by the State Medical Board of Ohio and certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. I have additional training in cupping therapy, oncology massage and post breast surgery scar tissue release. As a lifelong student, I continually read new research and learn new techniques in order to provide my clients with the highest quality care. I am passionate about rejuvenating mind, body and spirit through the power of therapeutic touch!
